Blue Reef Advisory Group
The Blue Reef Advisory Group is a representative group of Blue Reef customers. The purpose of the Blue Reef Advisory Group is to set the strategic product direction for Blue Reef’s Internet management solution, Sonar. The Blue Reef Advisory Group provides a level of oversight and stewardship to the product development life-cycle, ensuring the product will continue to meet the dynamically changing needs of key customer markets.
The Blue Reef Advisory Group officially meet once a year to review and discuss changing business needs and technologies. The decisions this group makes will directly impact the success of the business, its products and services.
Composition
The Blue Reef Advisory Group represents, at an executive level, the critical stakeholder groups involved in the product development life-cycle.
Roles and responsibilities
- Reviews and approves the Product Charter for quality, accuracy and strength of business case
- Reviews development progress
- Reviews and approves changes to the business case
- Reviews and approves changes to the development scope and objectives
- Assists with decisions on major priorities of scope
- Reviews the business performance of products that have already been launched
